Intro

Every ABB and Parker drive we export is backed by the manufacturer's own certification and by our documented quality process. As a specialist exporter of ABB variable frequency drives and Parker AC & DC drives, we know that a certification claim is only worth as much as the paperwork behind it. That is why every shipment is matched to a verifiable certificate chain — from the factory nameplate and serial number, through the Declaration of Conformity, to the test records and customs documentation.

Genuine Products, Complete Traceability

We supply new original ABB and Parker drives sourced through authorized distribution channels and audited supply partners. Each unit is identified by its original manufacturer nameplate, model code, serial number and production date code, all verified before dispatch. On request, we provide nameplate photographs and serial-number records for the exact unit allocated to your order, so your quality and compliance team can confirm authenticity before the goods leave our warehouse.

International Certifications & Standards

Depending on the model and options fitted, our ABB and Parker drives are supplied with the manufacturer's:

• CE marking — in conformity with the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

• UKCA marking for the United Kingdom market

• UL / cUL listing and CSA certification for North America

• EAC declaration for Russia and the EAEU customs union

• RoHS and REACH material-compliance statements

• Marine type approvals — for ABB ACS880 drives fitted with marine option +C132, type approval is available from classification societies including ABS, Bureau Veritas, CCS, ClassNK, DNV, Korean Register, Lloyd's Register, PRS and RINA

• IEC 61800 series conformity — drive safety to IEC 61800-5-1 and EMC to IEC 61800-3 for adjustable speed electrical power drive systems

Manufacturers are transitioning product compliance toward Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, the successor to the Machinery Directive that applies from 14 January 2027. We state the directive version applicable to each shipment and keep certificate packs current as the manufacturers update them.

Quality Management System

Our own quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 environmental and occupational health & safety controls. Incoming goods inspection, stock handling, ESD-safe and shock-protected packaging, and outbound QC are documented and retained, so any consignment can be traced back to its receiving record and release signature.

Product-Level Testing & Inspection

Before dispatch, each drive passes a verification routine covering:

• Insulation-resistance, dielectric (hi-pot) and earth-continuity testing

• Power-up and functional testing with parameter read-back

• Keypad, I/O and fieldbus communication checks where fitted

• Firmware and option-module verification against the ordered configuration

• A Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and test report issued against the unit's serial number

Documentation Supplied With Every Order

• Manufacturer Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and product certificate of conformity (LVD / EMC)

• Factory test report and serial-number traceability sheet

• Inspection and calibration records, on request

• Commercial invoice, packing list and HS-code declaration for customs clearance

• Warranty certificate and after-sales service terms

Third-Party Inspection & Buyer Verification

We welcome independent verification. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or Intertek can be arranged at buyers' cost, and we support remote video inspection of testing and packing on request. Serial numbers can be cross-checked with the manufacturer or its regional service partner before acceptance.
